What is the transaction commission?
Serckl charges a small commission on transactions processed through the app — 5–10% on Free, 3–5% on Lite, and 1–3% on Growth. Your rate drops as you upgrade.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year at a 10% discount — ₹5,388/yr for Lite (instead of ₹5,988) and ₹7,548/yr for Growth (instead of ₹8,388).
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from inside the app. Prorated on upgrades, refunded on downgrades within the same billing cycle.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in on monthly plans. Annual plans get 10% off and are still cancellable — you'll be refunded the unused months.
Do you offer a trial on paid plans?
The Free plan is free forever, which is effectively an unlimited trial. Any paid plan gets a 14-day money-back window if you decide it's not for you.
What payment methods do you support?
UPI, cards, netbanking and eNACH auto-debit. All processed via a PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
What happens if I cancel?
Your listings stay live for the remainder of the paid period, then drop to the Free plan (still visible, with Free limits). Nothing is deleted.
